Electrical Fit Out
Manchester Children’s Hospital
The McLennan Group recently completed the electrical package to the Ronald McDonald House Project at Manchester Children’s Hospital.
The project ran for six months and the construction cost was £7.5 million.
The Ronald McDonald House Project at Manchester Children’s Hospital is designed to provide free accommodation to families who have travelled to the hospital for treatment to give that relaxed ‘home from home’ feel.
The House is made up of five floors. As well as the 60 en suite bedrooms there are communal lounges, kitchens, dining areas, playrooms, laundry facilities, a teenager room and a quiet room.
Ronald McDonald House Manchester is also open to families coming to the hospital for day care, for example those whose children are receiving chemotherapy or renal dialysis.
We installed the complete power and lighting scheme to the entire site, within budget and on time.
